The client approached us as he was finding many constraints to determine the boundary of their site with respect to cadastral map as well as physically challenges at site. Madikeri is hill town in southern India range by western Ghats mountain range known for the Raja's seat a simple monument looking forest and rice paddies. Amodaa is a hillock region gradual and steep contours tangible to Madikeri.
The client wanted us to resolve the setting up cluster planning, proper spatial analysis and understanding the site in 2D & 3D.Initially lat-long coordinates with permanent benchmarking were done at site and provided to the client so it can be extracted anytime in future for developmental activities. Complete UAV survey was conducted over 50 acres + 200M buffer around.
With the help of UAV survey data and photogrammetry solutions we were able to process the data in 2D drawings & 3D models. In which roads, amenities, residential, saleable and non saleable areas were accurately determined using GIS and spatial data analysis.
With our in-house architects and planning team we have provided the phase 1 and phase 2 master plan as per client requirements. Finally this is a challenging site to extract the steep contours of macro level and micro level, our GIS expert team was able resolve the finest level of data extraction as well as help the project to meet the clients and site engineers expectations.
